In opening, Mr. Francis L. Rhod, Worldwide President of the French Haute Coiffure Française and Mr. Mario Lopes, President of Jury, were happy and proud to welcome on stage the 10 finalists from 6 different countries, accompanied by their models for the final of the International Trophy “HCF Trophy 2018”. They had been selected after a careful evaluation on a hundred photos (before / after transformation) and 20 competing countries, on January 8th.
